Tours University Hospital is open to any exchange with foreign structures wishing to establish contact or visit the institution. The international cooperation unit is the contact for these requests.
- On March 23, 2023, following a request from the Franco-Ukrainian Synergy Association, the Tours University Hospital welcomed a delegation of around fifty Ukrainian physicians who came to learn about the organization of the adult emergency and obstetrics and gynecology departments.
- On May 27, 2024, as part of its policy to modernize management tools in healthcare institutions, a delegation from the Ministry of Health and Social Action of Senegal came to learn about the stages involved in implementing an electronic patient record system.
- On May 19, 2026, the University Hospital welcomed a delegation from the Hong Kong health authority for a visit focused on the architectural and environmental projects at the New Trousseau Hospital (NHT) and the Constance Pascal Psychiatric Hospital.
