Ces travaux sont men\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des collaborations avec l\u2019INRAE Val de Loire et l\u2019\u00e9quipe EA4245 Transplantation\u00a0; Immunologie, Inflammation (T2I)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>La <span style=\"color: #ed1164;\">d\u00e9pendance<\/span>, en lien avec les EHPAD<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>La <span style=\"color: #ed1164;\">m\u00e9thodologie<\/span> de la recherche en G\u00e9riatrie, avec des travaux men\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe UMR INSERM 1246-SPHERE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Les \u00e9quipes souhaitent renforcer les liens entre la recherche m\u00e9dicale et param\u00e9dicale, avec la volont\u00e9 que la recherche puisse contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des soins, et intelligente de donn\u00e9es massives pour fournir un soutien personnalis\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur des preuves pour une vie saine et ind\u00e9pendante \u00e0 domicile<\/em>\u00a0&#8220;<br \/><strong>Promoteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong> : Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Lille<br \/><strong>L&#8217;objectif principal<\/strong> est d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 des dispositifs par les participants selon l\u2019observance de l\u2019utilisation de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux (montre connect\u00e9e, tensiom\u00e8tre connect\u00e9e, balance connect\u00e9e etc.)<br 1 mois sur la r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire syst\u00e9mique (hsCRP) chez les patients atteints d\u2019une maladie coronarienne stable.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etude BIOMIND<\/strong><br \/>\u00ab <em>Pr\u00e9dictions dynamiques des liens entre sant\u00e9 psychologique et sant\u00e9 physique des patients \u00e2g\u00e9s en EHPAD via l\u2019int\u00e9gration de donn\u00e9es \u00ab multi-omiques<\/em> \u00bb. <br \/>Vers l\u2019identification de biomarqueurs inflammatoires et m\u00e9taboliques.<br \/><strong>Promoteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong> : CHRU de TOURS\/Universit\u00e9 de Tours (P\u00f4le vieillissement)<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etude Hospisenior<\/strong><br \/>\u00ab <em>Evaluation d\u2019un prototype de chambre innovante adapt\u00e9e au Grand Age<\/em> \u00bb<br \/><strong>L\u2019objectif principal<\/strong> est d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019effet d\u2019une hospitalisation en chambre Hospi\u2019Senior sur la dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9jour des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 une hospitalisation en chambre conventionnelle pour un motif d\u2019admission similaire.<br \/><strong>Promoteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong> : CHU ANGERS<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Projet param\u00e9dical PECHUS<\/strong> \u00ab <em>Pr\u00e9vention et Evaluation des chutes des S\u00e9niors<\/em> \u00bb<br \/><strong>Promoteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong> : Universit\u00e9 de Toulouse en collaboration avec le CHRU de Tours (Coordonnateur)<br \/>Sur le plan scientifique, le projet P\u00c9CHuS a pour objectif la mise en forme d\u2019un protocole d\u2019\u00e9valuation multifactorielle de la fragilit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (de + de 70 ans), bas\u00e9 sur une d\u00e9marche \u00ab d\u2019aller vers \u00bb les populations et appuy\u00e9 sur une analyse qualitative empirique croisant les facteurs moteurs, psychologiques, sociaux et environnementaux, agissant sur les parcours de vie des individus et influant sur le processus de productions de risques de chutes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section soignantes<\/strong> :<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de faire connaitre nos diff\u00e9rents projets \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des soignants (Aides soignantes, Infirmi\u00e8res, Kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes) du service d\u2019hospitalisation de m\u00e9decine aigue g\u00e9riatrique, nous organisons des r\u00e9unions d\u2019information tous les six mois.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces r\u00e9unions permettent aux soignants de d\u00e9couvrir les \u00e9tudes cliniques dans lesquelles nos patients hospitalis\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre inclus. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chaque mercredi, des r\u00e9unions de recherches m\u00e9dicales sont organis\u00e9es, ainsi\u00a0que des r\u00e9unions param\u00e9dicales, les 1<sup>er<\/sup> et 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> vendredi de chaque mois.<\/p><p>Ces r\u00e9unions sont devenues des rendez-vous incontournables de la vie du p\u00f4le Vieillissement. Elles permettent aux \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales et param\u00e9dicales d\u2019\u00e9changer sur leurs projets en cours et \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
