<\/b><\/p><p><b>Ses missions :<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Assurer le diagnostic et la coordination des soins pour les patients (enfants et adultes) atteints de microangiopathies thrombotiques<\/li><li>Coordonner et participer \u00e0 des projets de recherche (fondamentales, cliniques, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques)<\/li><li>Promouvoir l\u2019enseignement et la MICROANGIOPATHIE THROMBOTIQUE ?<\/b><\/p><p>Les <b>Microangiopathies Thrombotiques (MAT) <\/b>sont des pathologies caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par des l\u00e9sions au niveau des vaisseaux sanguins <b>(microangiopathies) <\/b>dues \u00e0 la formation de caillots sanguins <b>(thrombose). <\/b>Elles posent de nombreux probl\u00e8mes de diagnostic et de prise en charge car leurs manifestations cliniques et biologiques initiales sont trompeuses. On distingue :<\/p><ul><li><b>Le syndrome h\u00e9molytique et ur\u00e9mique <\/b>(SHU), pour lequel les atteintes sont essentiellement r\u00e9nales.<\/li><li><b>Le<\/b> <b>purpura thrombotique <\/b><b>thrombocytop\u00e9nique<\/b> (PTT), pour lequel les atteintes sont essentiellement neurologiques et cardiaques.<\/li><li><b>Les MAT qui sont secondaires <\/b>au cancer, chimioth\u00e9rapie, allogreffes de cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques, VIH, grossesse\u2026<\/li><\/ul><p><b>COMBIEN DE PERSONNES SONT ATTEINTES DE CETTE MALADIE ?<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0La MAT est une maladie rare, ce qui signifie qu&#8217;elle affecte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un petit pourcentage de la population.<\/p><p>Environ 2 cas sur 1 million d&#8217;habitants sont signal\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p><p><b>A QUOI EST-ELLE DUE ET COMMENT LA PRENDRE EN CHARGE ? <\/b><\/p><p>La MAT est une maladie complexe dont les m\u00e9canismes ne sont pas toujours compris. Les facteurs peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, m\u00e9dicamenteux, infectieux ou encore li\u00e9s \u00e0 des conditions m\u00e9dicales particuli\u00e8res telles que la grossesse, le lupus \u00e9ryth\u00e9mateux syst\u00e9mique, la scl\u00e9rodermie syst\u00e9mique ou encore d\u2019autres maladies auto-immunes.<\/p><p>La prise en charge de la MAT implique souvent une approche multidisciplinaire, comprenant des traitements visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la formation de caillots sanguins, \u00e0 traiter les complications et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #2bb718;\"><strong>&gt;&gt;
