\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la prise en charge des maladies pulmonaires rares. <\/strong><\/p><p>Ses missions :<\/p><ul><li>Assurer le diagnostic et la coordination des soins de la prise en charge des maladies pulmonaires rares de la r\u00e9gion Centre Val de Loire en collaboration avec le CHU d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans et l\u2019ensemble des CHG et des cabinets lib\u00e9raux de pneumologie<\/li><li>Coordonner et participer \u00e0 des projets de recherche (fondamentales, cliniques, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques) en collaboration avec le Centre d\u2019\u00e9tude des pathologies Respiratoires (unit\u00e9 Inserm U1100) <\/li><li>Promouvoir l\u2019enseignement et la formation aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine, pharmacie, et autres composantes de la sant\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p>Le centre est membre :<\/p><ul><li>De la Fili\u00e8re de Sant\u00e9 Maladies Rares management of rare pulmonary diseases.<\/p><p>The duties of the centre are:<\/p><ul><li>Ensure the diagnostic and the coordination of care in the Center Val de Loire region in collaboration with the Orl\u00e9ans University Hospital and all General Hospital Centers and private pulmonology practices<\/li><li>Organise and participate in research projects (fundamental, clinical, epidemiological) in collaboration with the Center for the Study of Respiratory Pathologies (Inserm unit U1100)<\/li><li>Promote education and training among students in medicine, pharmacy, and other health components<\/li><\/ul><p>The centre is a member :<\/p><ul><li>Of the French National Rare Disease Network L&#8217;autre a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en octobre 2022 et porte sur les pneumopathies d&#8217;hypersensibilit\u00e9s. Deux autres projets d\u00e9buteront en 2024 avec la collaboration FAI2R sur la scl\u00e9rodermie et la polyarthrite rhumato\u00efde.<\/li><li>D&#8217;autres \u00e9tudes de recherche clinique portent sur l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&#8217;\u00e9chographie thoracique dans le suivi des PID :<ul><li><b>l&#8217;\u00e9tude <\/b><b>Toupie <\/b>portant sur le suivi longitudinal de patients atteints de fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique est finie avec l&#8217;analyse des donn\u00e9es en cours.<\/li><li><b>L&#8217;\u00e9tude <\/b><b>PRECOSS <\/b>est termin\u00e9e et s&#8217;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l&#8217;analyse des caract\u00e9ristiques des patients atteints de scl\u00e9rodermie avec des anomalies \u00e9chographiques thoraciques mais \u00e0 scanner thoracique normal. Article en cours de soumission.<\/li><li><b>Projet <\/b><b>TURTLE <\/b>&#8220;Thoracic Ultrasound for acute dyspnea in interstitial Lung Disease&#8221; : termin\u00e9 est portant sur la s\u00e9miologie \u00e9chographique lors d&#8217;une dyspn\u00e9e aigu\u00eb chez les patients atteints de pneumopathie interstitielle diffuse. Les r\u00e9sultats sont en cours d\u2019analyse.<\/li><li><b>Projet EARLIER<\/b>, sur le depistage des PID par \u00e9chographie thoracique au cours de la polyarthrite rhumato\u00efde. D\u00e9butera courant 2024.<\/li><li><b>Projet TOUCANS<\/b>, sur l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des biopsies pulmonaires \u00e9choguid\u00e9es au cours des PID<\/li><li>Une collaboration avec polytech Tours a pour but d&#8217;\u00e9tudier l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat d&#8217;une analyse des boucles d&#8217;\u00e9chographie par intelligence artificielle.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Des \u00e9tudes sur l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des nouvelles techniques des explorations fonctionnelles respiratoires sont en cours : <b>l&#8217;\u00e9tude Oscillo<\/b>, \u00e9tudie l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&#8217;oscillom\u00e9trie chez les patients atteints de fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique (\u00e9tude soumise); Dans l&#8217;\u00e9tude PRECOSS (ci dessus), un volet porte sur l&#8217;EFX.<\/li><li>Des \u00e9tudes transversales en collaboration avec l&#8217;\u00e9quipe 2 du CEPR INSERM UMR 1100 sont en cours telle que l&#8217;\u00e9tude LAM-CAK (fin des inclusion en septembre 22) qui est une \u00e9tude exploratrice de l&#8217;expression et de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de la cathepsine K dans la lymphangioleiomyomatose et la sclerose tubereuse de Bourneville (\u00e9tude financ\u00e9e par l&#8217;association de patients FLAM). Un projet est en r\u00e9flexion sur les inhibiteurs de HDAC et sur\u00a0 la cathespine V (intervenant dans la prot\u00e9olyse de l&#8217;\u00e9lastine) dans les fibrose pulmonaires progressives et en particulier dans la fibro\u00e9lastose pleuropulmonaire.
