LE BILAN AVANT LA TRANSPLANTATION H\u00c9PATIQUE<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Il permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et de d\u00e9tecter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelle contre-indication.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019organise au cours d\u2019une hospitalisation d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 3 \u00e0 5 jours permettant de r\u00e9aliser des examens morphologiques (\u00e9chographie, radiographie, doppler, scanner, IRM\u2026), des consultations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et un bilan biologique (analyse de sang, urines et selles) .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Vous serez convoqu\u00e9 environ 15 jours apr\u00e8s la fin de cette hospitalisation pour vous informer les r\u00e9sultats des examens et proc\u00e9der, \u00e9ventuellement , \u00e0 votre inscription sur liste d\u2019attente nationale de Transplantation H\u00e9patique .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Vous serez revu en consultation r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (d\u00e9lai variable de 1 \u00e0 3 mois) .<\/p>

Vous devrez vous munir des r\u00e9sultats des bilans sanguins effectu\u00e9s la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente dans votre laboratoire.<\/p>

Des examens radiologiques ( IRM, Scanner\u2026) peuvent vous \u00eatre prescrits dans le cadre de la surveillance de votre maladie.<\/p>

DURANT CETTE ATTENTE, IL EST N\u00c9CESSAIRE DE RESTER JOIGNABLE 24H\/24.<\/span><\/p>

C\u2019est une intervention chirurgicale d\u2019une dur\u00e9e d\u2019environ 8h<\/strong>. Une hospitalisation d\u2019environ 3 semaines<\/strong> est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>

Juste apr\u00e8s la chirurgie vous serez pris en charge par l\u2019Unit\u00e9 de R\u00e9animation Chirurgicale au 2\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tage (visites autoris\u00e9es).<\/p>

Un transfert sera ensuite organis\u00e9 dans l\u2019Unit\u00e9 de Transplantation H\u00e9patique au 9\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tage (visites autoris\u00e9es).<\/p>

IMPORTANT\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>: Afin de maintenir le bon fonctionnement du foie transplant\u00e9, un traitement antirejet = immunosuppresseur sera d\u00e9but\u00e9. Ce traitement sera pris matin et soir toujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure.\u00a0C\u2019EST UN TRAITEMENT \u00c0 VIE<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
