tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p><strong>Contexte organisationnel <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis juin 2014, l\u2019Institut R\u00e9gional de Formation des Techniciens de Laboratoire M\u00e9dical du CHRU de Tours, s\u2019est vu confi\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence R\u00e9gionale de Sant\u00e9 Centre-Val de Loire (ARS C-VL) l\u2019externalisation de l\u2019organisation des \u00e9preuves th\u00e9oriques, cliniques (stage) et pratiques conduisant \u00e0 la d\u00e9livrance du Certificat de Capacit\u00e9 pour Effectuer des Pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements Sanguins (CCEPS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contexte l\u00e9gislatif et r\u00e9glementaire&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 13 mars 2006 modifi\u00e9, fixant les conditions du CCEPS \u2013 version consolid\u00e9e au 04 d\u00e9cembre 2014<br>Le CCEPS pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l\u2019article R. 4352-13 du code de sant\u00e9 publique est d\u00e9livr\u00e9 aux candidats ayant r\u00e9ussi aux 3 \u00e9preuves suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9preuve th\u00e9orique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure d\u2019inscription \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique, <\/strong>le CRECCEPS doit \u00eatre destinataire :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>du bulletin d\u2019inscription et pi\u00e8ces justificatives et droit d\u2019inscription aux \u00e9preuves .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Epreuve \u00e9crite, anonyme, sur 20 points, d\u2019une heure, dix questions se rapportant au programme annex\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 13 mars 2006 (version consolid\u00e9e 04 d\u00e9cembre 2014), validation \u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique : note sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 12\/20.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stage de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements et formation aux gestes et soins d\u2019urgence niveau 2 (AFGSU2)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>R\u00e9alisation de 40 pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements de sang veineux ou capillaires, dont trente au pli du coude, effectu\u00e9s sur une p\u00e9riode de 3 mois maximum et dans d\u00e9lai maximum de 2 ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la validation de l\u2019\u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique.<\/p>\n<p>Formation aux Gestes et Soins d\u2019Urgence AFGSU niveau 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure de mise en stage<\/strong> : le CRECCEPS (<a href=\"mailto:crecceps@chu-tours.fr\">crecceps@chu-tours.fr<\/a>) doit \u00eatre destinataire&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De la fiche de renseignements stage CCEPS d\u00fbment remplie<\/li>\n<li>De l\u2019attestation m\u00e9dicale d\u2019immunisation et de vaccinations obligatoires d\u00fbment remplie par votre m\u00e9decin<\/li>\n<li>De l\u2019attestation d\u2019assurance risques civils <strong>et professionnels<\/strong> pour la p\u00e9riode de stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A r\u00e9ception de ces justificatifs,<\/strong> le CRECCEPS valide le terrain de stage, r\u00e9dige la convention tripartite sign\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019accueil, du CRECCEPS du CHRU de Tours et du stagiaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l\u2019issue du circuit des signatures,<\/strong> le CRECCEPS transmet le carnet de stage directement aupr\u00e8s du maitre de stage responsable de l\u2019encadrement du stagiaire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9preuve pratique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure d\u2019autorisation \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve pratique<\/strong> : le CRECCEPS doit \u00eatre destinataire<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>du carnet de stage retransmis directement par le maitre de stage attestant de la note obtenue, validation de stage : note sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 12 sur 20<\/li>\n<li>du bulletin d\u2019inscription et pi\u00e8ces justificatives et droit d\u2019inscription \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve pratique, validation \u00e9preuve pratique : note sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 12 sur 20<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d\u2019Urgence niveau 2 (AFGSU2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>D\u00c9LIVRANCE attestations CCEPS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Attestations sign\u00e9es de l\u2019ARS Centre-Val de Loire transmises sous quinzaine aux candidats ainsi que l\u2019avis de notification consignant la note obtenue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve pratique.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2212\" aria-expanded=\"false\">CONDITIONS D\u2019ADMISSION ET DE FINANCEMENT<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2212\" D\u2019INSCRIPTION AUX \u00c9PREUVES DU CCEPS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure d\u2019inscription au CCEPS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peuvent faire acte de candidature les personnes titulaires d\u2019un titre ou dipl\u00f4mes permettant d\u2019exercer la profession de technicien de laboratoire m\u00e9dical, (arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 21 octobre 1992)&nbsp; &nbsp;ainsi que les personnes remplissant les conditions pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 l\u2019article L4352-3 du code de sant\u00e9 publique ou aux autres articles 4352-3-1 et L.4352-3-2 du code de sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p>Ne peuvent s\u2019inscrire aux \u00e9preuves que les personnes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>domicili\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion Centre-Val de Loire,<\/li>\n<li>ou exer\u00e7ant une activit\u00e9 professionnelle dans la r\u00e9gion Centre-Val de Loire<\/li>\n<li>ou poursuivant leurs \u00e9tudes dans la r\u00e9gion Centre-Val de Loire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NB&nbsp;: les \u00e9tudiants inscrits en derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tudes pr\u00e9paratoires aux dipl\u00f4mes permettant d\u2019exercer la profession de technicien de laboratoire m\u00e9dical sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique et en cas de succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 effectuer leur stage. Ils ne peuvent se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve pratique qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu leur dipl\u00f4me d\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TARIFS 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour une inscription \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025 pour un parcours complet (\u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique, stage et \u00e9preuve pratique) : 290 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>En cas de transfert de dossier :\n<ul>\n<li>45 \u20ac pour le stage de 40 pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements<\/li>\n<li>155 \u20ac pour l\u2019\u00e9preuve pratique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9(e) \u00e0 votre \u00e9preuve th\u00e9orique (maximum 1 fois), vous devez vous acquitter de la somme de 90 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9(e) \u00e0 votre \u00e9preuve pratique
