Le diagnostic de ces affections, tr\u00e8s souvent suspect\u00e9 devant des anomalies de l\u2019h\u00e9mogramme, repose sur des techniques complexes compl\u00e9tant efficacement les analyses microscopiques (cytologie) r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements de sang, de moelle (my\u00e9logramme, biopsie ost\u00e9o-m\u00e9dullaire) ou de ganglion (biopsie ganglionnaire). Les cellules sont ainsi classiquement analys\u00e9es avec les techniques suivantes\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Morphologie qui analyse les caract\u00e9ristiques des cellules anormales au microscope<\/li><li>Immunofluorescence et immunoph\u00e9notypage par cytom\u00e9trie en flux, pour identifier des marqueurs cellulaires avec des anticorps fluorescents (signature antig\u00e9nique)<\/li><li>Cytog\u00e9n\u00e9tique, pour identifier des anomalies des chromosomes (translocations, d\u00e9l\u00e9tions\u2026)<\/li><li>Biologie mol\u00e9culaire, pour rechercher des mutations dans des g\u00e8nes cl\u00e9s et d\u00e9terminer une signature mol\u00e9culaire, notamment par des techniques de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces analyses classiquement utilis\u00e9es pour le diagnostic, le sont aussi pour \u00e9valuer la r\u00e9ponse th\u00e9rapeutique (\u00e9tude de la maladie r\u00e9siduelle) et pour d\u00e9tecter pr\u00e9cocement une rechute. En outre, en cas de greffe de cellule souche, l\u2019analyse du greffon n\u00e9cessite la quantification des cellules souches par des cultures in vitro et leur num\u00e9ration par cytom\u00e9trie en flux.<\/p><p>Enfin, le service d\u2019h\u00e9matologie biologique du CHU a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans ses axes de recherche des analyses innovantes du stress oxydatif dans les h\u00e9mopathies (brevets sur des signatures antioxydantes, ph\u00e9notypage m\u00e9tabolique multiparam\u00e9trique) pour optimiser la connaissance physiopathologique de ces affections et guider l\u2019innovation th\u00e9rapeutique (protocoles).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
